Last modified: May 26, 2008 - 4:43 PM
Under the Local Government Act 1993, prior to the placement of Advertising Structures, whether be roadside billboards in private property or caf? signs on footpath, a Application for a License to Erect an Advertising Structure is required to be lodged with Council, along with a Development Application.
Both forms are available for viewing or printing in the downloadable document box at the bottom of the page.
The fees for such Applications are dependant upon the value of works and are usually based on the Development Application Fee Structure, including Compliance Certificate Fees and on occasions Construction Certificate Fees as well.
Usually staff advise that you contact Councils Planning Department located in the Barham Office prior to lodging your application for details & any specific requirements.
