Notice of Commencement Form (Form 7)

Once you have received an Approval from Council to undertake works, whether be Development, Construction etc,and you have read & understood the conditions attached a Notice of Commencement Form is required to be completed and returned to Council prior to commencing any works.
Usually a copy (pink) is supplied with Approval paperwork, however a copy is available for viewing or printing out in the downloadable documents box at the bottom of the page.
