Swimming Pools
Moulamein Swimming Pool, which is a community run pool, is the only township within the Shire that has Public Swimming Pool Facitilities. Council provides an allocation of funding to neighbouring Koondrook Pool, which is utilised by residents in Barham, Wakool and surrounding areas. Funding is also allocated to the Nyah Public Pool as residents from that end of the Shire ie Tooleybuc, Koraleigh, Goodnight and surrounds utilise this pool. Residents from Murray Downs utilise the Swan Hill public pool. Operating hours for the pools mentioned above can be obtained by contacting the relevant group, numbers are provided in the table below.
