The Management of Council buildings is the responsibility of the Development Services Department Director. However the Management of Section 355 Committees comes under the Corporate Services Managers Responsibilties.
Objectives
The objectives of this Section is to maintain Council assets to a reasonable standard, for safety and comfort for tenants and users.
Maintain and improve where necessary, existing Public Halls and Recreational Reserves and facilities to meet the sporting, cultural and recreational needs of the community.
