Online payments

With the demise of Bill Express, Council is unable to offer online payments, however EFTPOS Facilities are up & running at both our Moulamein & Barham Offices, which will enables payment by phone or in person by credit card.

Rates & Water Billing

Can be paid by either:

Cheque, money order or cash.  Please include the tear off section at the bottom, with your payment.  Note receipts will only be returned if box ticked/signed on tear off section.

EFTPOS Facilities have been introduced in Councils Moulamein & Barham Offices, which enables payment of accounts over the phone or in person by credit card.  The provision of EFTPOS replaces the defunct Bill Express Service Council previously utilised.

EFTPOS is up & running. 

OTHER PAYMENTS

ie Debtor Invoices, Sundry Debtor Works, Photocopying etc

• In person either at the Barham Branch Office, Moulamein Administration Office or Moulamein Business Centre.
• By mailing a cheque or money order. (Please include a copy of invoice etc)
• Credit Card - either in person or over phone (please have relevant details available to you if paying over phone)
