The project is a new venture that will be a significant step in the long term plan to restore Moulamein’s iconic attractions. Council staff have done an excellent job of refurbishing and renovating the old wharf structure and surrounds including the placement of the redgum carving of a River Boat Captain, which highlights the role the wharf played in Moulamein’s early history.
