Payments - How they can be made
A number of options exist for people to make payments to Council. They are as follows:
RATES & WATER BILLING
In person either at the Barham Branch Office, Moulamein Administration Office or Moulamein Business Centre.
- EFTPOS Facilities are available at Moulamein & Barham Offices. This replaces the defunct Bill Express Service previously utilised by Council. EFTPOS will enable payments to be made over phone, or in person, with credit card.
- By mailing a cheque or money order. (Please include tear off slip on rates notice to help cashiers)
- BPAY (Council's BPAY Biller Code is 13854) - Require a Customer Reference Number (which is an eight digit number located on your rates notice underneath the Assessment Number).
OTHER PAYMENTS
Such as Debtor Invoices, Sundry Debtor Works, Photocopying etc
- In person either at the Barham Branch Office, Moulamein Administration Office or Moulamein Business Centre.
- By mailing a cheque or money order. (Please include a copy of invoice etc)
- By Credit Card, either in person or over phone (please ensure have relevant details at hand)
