Listed below are copies of a variety of Application Forms utilised by Council including Health/Building/Planning Forms, Engineering Forms and Corporate Services Forms (Application for Certificates). Click on the link at the bottom of the page to obtain a copy of the form for completion & lodgement with Council. If you have any queries relating to a particular form please contact the relevant Department ie Health/Building/Planning or Engineering or Corporate Services. Required fees are listed on the majority of the forms - if not please contact the relevant Council Department. General Fees - Administration - Published: 14 Aug 2009Available by clicking on the link at the bottom of the page is a listing of General Fees set by Council for Administrative Services ie Hire of Council Facilities, Typing, Research etc. more ..Application - Urban Vehicle Crossing - Published: 27 Apr 2009 Prior to any works relating to maintenance of or instalation of new Urban Vehicle Crossing, within a Shire Road or Road Reserve, consultation with the Director of Engineering Services, Mr Brian Ebery, is necessary to ensure that any special conditions or costs that may relate to the works being carried out are covered prior to submitting the Application Form & associated Fees.

Available for viewing, printing &/or downloading is the Complying Development Application Form - (See DCP No 7 Under Planning/Zoning & Maps - to see if relevant).
These forms have recently been updated to ensure that they provide all details that Council requires when lodging your application.

Subject to certain conditions, various items of Councils plant can be available for hire.

Prior to carrying out works to either install new or replace existing channel crossing, pipe or culvert through, or a pipe under, Councils Road consultation needs to be had with the Director of Engineering Services, Mr Brian Ebery at the Moulamein Office.

Prior to any works within a Shire Road or Road Reserve, consultation with the Manager of Engineering Services, Mr Brian Ebery, is necessary to ensure that any special conditions or costs that may relate to the works being carried out are covered prior to submitting the Application Form & associated Fees.
On occasion, people want to vary their building line, whether it be adding a room or shed closer to the property boundary than allowed in town areas or closer to a waterway in rural areas. To assess whether this is possible or not an Application to Vary the Building Line is required to be lodged with Council.
A copy of this Application Form is available for viewing or printing at the bottom of the page.
Once you have received an Approval from Council to undertake works, whether be Development, Construction etc,and you have read & understood the conditions attached a Notice of Commencement Form is required to be completed and returned to Council prior to commencing any works.
