Communications Strategy

Wakool Shire Council has adpoted a new Communications Strategy to guide Council's day to day corporate communications over the next three (3) years.
The strategy will provide a coherent, planned approach to all communications activities with staff, residents and other key external stakeholders. Some of the key actions listed in the document focus on branding, which refers to logos and corporate identity, and electronic services. It also lists the updating of Council publications and the production of new information for residents as a priority.
The overall strategy aims to assist in building the community's understanding of Council and its services and delivering more updates through a variety of tools.
