Application for Employment Forms & Guidelines

Whether Council has positions vacant or not, Applications for Employment Forms are able to be completed and placed on file for future reference when vacancies arise. Guidelines are available for any Applications for Jobs/Vacancies for Applicants to follow.
A copy of the Application for Employment Form is available by clicking in the downloadable document box below. The form, once completed and with any copies of references/certificates etc attached needs to be forwarded to the Moulamein Office. The Guidelines for Applications are also available by clicking on the link in the downloadable document box at the bottom of the page.
